not to b a neusence (however u spell it) last time i checked fraps doesnt make ur game crash it just makes it EXTREMELY laggy like almost hard to kill people.

I still dont get few things. You said you have vista and an old computer.. which i hardly imagine.
As example, vista needs about 1Gb of memory to work properly and a P4 2500Ghz and higher
Yet you say you have old video card wich doesnt support some directX stuff or w/e you said...
I dont believe it is possible to run vista with video card so old that it cannot be supported by newer DirectX versions, you will have a blue screen of death this way.

Although I would not be surprised if he is in fact abusing as he has been prone to in the past, I do believe that since he returned few months ago he has been clean. Just play with him a few games, not a single suspicious shot from him so far (to me at least)

How about we get some REAL proof (stick with our rules) and then ban? This ban is clearly based on the intuition of a sole person.

but where's the real proof? i suggest we start using the 3 strike system here...
1st a 24h warning for failure to post a ss,
then a week warning for 2nd failure to post a ss,
then a perm ban for failure to post ss?

where did I say it has problems with direct X. The reason he was saying he had problems with direct X cuz he was getting the old "you need directx 8 or higher" error message. I've got that a lot as well when I was fuckin aboout, no wanting to reinstall ren, and i was switching shaders or scripts etc.. As I stated he is computer illiterate, and this is how he translated it.

i played with this guy several times he keeps crashing from 1-2 times every single game then come back every time
also this guys acts like a programmed robot he is just stop playing for 1 minute each game then continue to play
now if rgh 1.2 prevent from displaying anything for similer amount of time
then you probably have a cheater on you server

to fix the lag that fraps makes u open up fraps and go to the movies section, then set it to half size, that does the trick for me. but then again when i play back on media centre, it looks great then i try to edit in WMM and it goes to like 1fps.. i have no idea what does that.

i would advise you to look at the ss again. when you run fraps the fraps will automaticlly show your fps in the bottom/top right/left.

Yes thats true but that is for the users purposes to see thier fps. When you take the ss itself the number doesn't show. In my example I made the number display top-right but when I took the ss you can't see it.

Also, there is an option in fraps where you could hide the fps overlay itself. So either way you can't use it as a basis to see whether he was running fraps or not.
