when my internet is at its max my download speed is around the 18mbps (fu ziggo i demand 80 like u promise)
and my upload speed is around 10mbps

I'm guessing youre on wireless, I am myself and its similar ? Tbh mine doesnt come cross the best with things considered like 4 laptops in the house and numerous phones also connected but it does everything I need and at a acceptable speed i dont sit there and fap over my connection so i dont really care :)
