It appears as if you have been temp-banned for hugging. The nick I've got you down as using is: thefirstmemohero - you should've registered on the forums with the nick you used ingame, then you would've gotten a response much sooner.

You was warned several times before, you can return in 24hours, when the ban is automatically lifted.

Maybe you should read up on our rules before you decide to come back.
