Today I'll bring you an Android / iOS game (not everything is for PC) the game is a music rythm game, something like Guitar Hero but different at the same time.
In the game you have to tap the "notes" while they appear in the screen. Both games have awesome (and epic difficult) songs too. But if you want to enjoy the game at all you should buy the full version or use Freedom to unlock it (requieres rooted android, don't know if in iOS is free or has full version).
Examples:
Cytus: Deemo:
If you like this kind of games try them, imo best games of Android/iOS at the moment.

Every rhythm game has a group of people who are just ridiculously good.

Also it'll become a reflex after a while I'm playing Audiosurf 2, which can cause some hyperactive things as well on Mono Turbo and the longer you play, the more normal it becomes.
