Invaild Serial Problem Empty

I recently had computer problems and was fixed. Ever since then, IRC said I had a invalid serial. I tried to use a serial changer and it keeps crashing (serial changer program) I dont have my Renegade CD and serial anymore. When some people get 24 hr kick, it often keeps me out due to the invalid serial saying my serial matches the 24 hr kicked person's serial. Any idea what I can do?
